Martin has been working at Tamen Accountants since 1985. He has always enjoyed working with numbers, and the challenge of turning a big of invoices and bank statements into a set of accounts.

His top accounting tip is to make sure that the figures make sense. Have a look at the trial balance at the end of each month and check that everything looks correct, rather than leaving it until the end of the year when it can become quite a problem to correct.
